Think you have what it takes to be crowned the Pie Eating Champion? Or do you just want to study the competition for next year?
A hilarious event for kids and adults, anyone is welcome to participate Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18 at 3 p.m. at the Children's Area located in front of the Seven Feathers Event Center. Just find Annie the Clown and sign up for your chance to eat your way into Harvest Festival history.
Entry is free but limited to the number of pie's on hand each day, so sign up early! Kids must eat half a pie and adults have to eat the entire thing. The pie's are provided by the fabulous cooks at Rooster's Restaurant.
PIE EATING CONTEST JACKSON COUNTY HARVEST FESTIVAL
Saturday & Sunday @ 3:00 pm
WHO CAN ENTER: Division 1 - Youth 11 years old and under, 12 contestants. Division 2 - Adults 12 years old and up, 6 contestants.
PRIZES: First place finishers WHEN & WHERE TO ENTER: Enter the day of the contest, 30 minutes prior to start time (2:30 pm Sat & Sun), at the Pie eating area at east end of the Seven Feathers Event Center.
- The first person to finish eating their pie is the winner.
- NO HANDS!!! Hands must be behind contestants back for the duration of the contest.
- Adults will have a whole pie to eat and youth will have half of a pie to eat.
- EAT FAST AND HAVE FUN!!!
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all persons meeting the entry deadlines and following contest rules, but is not open to employees of the Jackson County Fair & Exposition Park or their families or to members of the Jackson County Fair Board or their families.
