COVID-19 Updates and Important Information
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
Guests should attend only after evaluating their own health risks. Your entry onto the Jackson County Fair and Expo property constitutes your understanding of these risks, and you voluntarily assume such risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The Jackson County Fair Board cannot be held liable if you contract COVID-19. Help protect yourself by following safety protocols, and state and local public health recommendations and mandates.
Masks are recommended. The CDC recommends that masks be worn by all individuals indoors in areas of high or substantial spread, including Jackson County. Jackson County Public Health recommends masks be worn at all times by both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. This is not a mandate.
