All Vendors are placed based on several factors, including seniority, product, overall booth appearance, etc. The requested booth size will be confirmed at the acceptance of the vendor's application. Booth location will be determined once applications have closed. Fun Facts for Merchant Vendors at the ExpoINDOOR BOOTHS: The Jackson County Expo will provide pipe & draping for indoor booths. NO CANOPY COVERS ARE ALLOWED INDOORS. Canopy frames may be used without the fabric covers. This rule is per the Fire Marshal, there will be no exceptions. No exhibit or display may be so high along the sides, front or back as to interfere with the view of adjacent exhibitors or fair patrons as they pass along the aisles. OUTDOOR BOOTHS: Outdoor Exhibitor must have neat and clean coverings or trailers. No blue or other unsightly tarps allowed. All signage, display racks, canopies and awnings, trailer tongues, doorways and bumpers must fall within the rented space. Additional fees will be assessed for any portion of the booth going over the allotted space. The Expo does not provide any canopies or coverings. SALES/SIGNAGE: No advertising or merchandise of any type (i.e., awnings, product displays, flyers, posters, etc.) will be allowed outside of the vendor's designated booth space at any time. It is the policy of the Jackson County Fairgrounds to expressly forbid the placing of any material whatsoever on vehicles parked on Jackson County Fairgrounds property. Promotional items must be approved by Fair Management prior to the Fair. ELECTRIAL: Each booth assignment comes with access to 5 amps of power included with the rental rate. *Outlets are limited and the J C Expo may not be able to provide more than 20 amps to any-one booth assignment.. All extension cords must be protected from physical damage and be of the three-wire, grounded 14, hard usage type.
