When the Jackson County Expo has been rented to host a private event that includes the serving alcoholic beverages security is required. Security must be present any time that alcohol is being consumed.

Also, all alcohol will not leave the interior of the building. Minors will not be allowed alcohol on the premises. Only persons over the age of 21 will be served. If this is a private event, a sign must displayed that you must be at least 21 years old to drink alcohol. (noting mandatory birth date requirements).

Catering concessionaire providing alcohol

Catering Concessionaire - must provide a copy of the OLCC permit to the Expo no later than one week prior to event.

No catering concessionaire providing alcohol

When a catering concessionaire is not used, an independent person 21 or older must be retained to assist with alcohol service. This person agrees to adhere to all Oregon laws regarding alcohol service and consumption.
This individual will help the event coordinator enforce OLCC regulations.
