The Jackson County Fairgrounds and Expo Park takes pride in the fact that we can accommodate gatherings of any kind, from the most intimate of receptions to huge tradeshows. Over the years, members of this community as well as those from far away have come to the Expo to hold special events. Here are the current Rental Rates set by the Jackson County Fair Board.

Please refer to your Rental Agreement for the forms you must complete.
To assist you with a smooth event experience, please complete this form. The more information you provide, the easier our staff can ensure you have everything you need on the event day. For public events, you can provide us with your marketing information so the Expo can help you market your event.
2. Alcohol Plan
If alcohol is being served at your event, please fill out this form so we know who is responsible for serving your alcohol.

4. Fire Safety Permit Application
The Fire Marshal requires a Fire Permit and layout map for events over 100 people.
